Yes. You must sign in to add items to the cart and complete checkout. Registration uses a one-time verification code (OTP) sent to your email or mobile number—no password required for the default OTP flow.

How does OTP login work?

Enter your email or mobile number, request a 6-digit code, and enter it on the verification screen. Once verified, you stay signed in according to your session settings. If you already have an account, the same flow logs you in.

Why does my currency preference matter?

Your profile currency controls how prices are shown and whether online checkout is available. Checkout with Zarinpal is enabled when your preference is IRR (Iranian Rial). If your preference is USD, you will see catalog pricing but online payment through Zarinpal is not offered—change the preference in Dashboard → Settings if you need IRR checkout.

How do I place an order?

Browse categories or apps, open a product, fill in the required account fields, add to cart, then go to Cart → Checkout. Review the summary, pay with Zarinpal when available, and wait for the result page after the bank gateway redirects you back to Noripu.

Why do you ask for game or account details?

Digital goods are delivered to the account or ID you provide. Double-check usernames, IDs, and regions before paying—incorrect details can delay delivery or cause failed fulfillment. Order details are visible later in Dashboard → Orders.

Can I use a discount code?

Yes. On the cart page, enter a valid promo code and apply it before checkout. The discount is reflected in the order summary. Each coupon has its own rules (expiry, usage limits, eligible products).

Where can I see my orders?

After payment, open Dashboard → Orders. You will see order number, payment status, and fulfillment status. If something looks stuck, open a support ticket from Dashboard → Tickets and include your order number.

Which payment methods are supported?

Online checkout uses Zarinpal (Shaparak) for card payments in IRR. The order total is converted to Rials at checkout when your catalog currency is not IRR, using our current FX snapshot. Wallet balance may reduce the amount due when wallet checkout is enabled for your account.

What happens when I click Pay now?

Noripu creates your order, starts a Zarinpal payment request, and redirects you to the Zarinpal gateway. After you pay, Zarinpal returns you to Noripu’s checkout result page (success or failed). Successful verification marks the order as paid and moves it into processing for delivery.

Why is Zarinpal only available for IRR preference?

Our Zarinpal integration settles in Iranian Rial. That is why the Pay now button is active when your account currency preference is IRR. Prices may still display in catalog currency (often USD) with an approximate IRR reference—only the gateway charge is in Rials.

Payment failed or I closed the bank page—what now?

If you cancel at the gateway or payment is not verified, the order remains unpaid. Return to your cart or orders list and try again, or contact support with your order number if money was deducted but the order still shows unpaid (include payment time and last 4 digits if possible).

Why do I see two currencies on product pages?

Catalog prices are often stored in USD (or another base currency). For IRR checkout, we show an approximate equivalent in Rial based on our FX display snapshot. The exact Rial amount charged is calculated when you start checkout and sent to Zarinpal.

How is delivery handled?

Products are digital—there is no physical shipping. After successful payment, fulfillment runs automatically or through our operations team depending on the product type. Delivery details or credentials (when applicable) appear in your order view or via support follow-up.

Many orders complete within minutes when automated. Some items need manual verification or provider checks and may take longer. If the stated window has passed, open a ticket with your order number—we will check logs and update you.

Contact support immediately via Dashboard → Tickets with the order number and the correct details. If fulfillment has not finished, we may still correct it; if delivery already completed to wrong data, resolution depends on the product policy.

What is the wallet in my dashboard?

The wallet shows your Noripu balance and transaction history (top-ups, payments, adjustments). When wallet payment is enabled at checkout, part or all of an order can be paid from balance, with any remainder charged through Zarinpal.

The Noripu bot lets you sign in with OTP and interact with the store from Telegram—useful when you prefer not to open the website. Core purchases and account flows are designed to stay consistent with the web experience.

Both connect to the same Noripu account. Use the website for full browsing and checkout UI; use the bot for quick login and purchases on the go. For complex orders or attachments, the website and support tickets are usually easier.
